Public Works
The City of Donna’s Public Works Department is charged with maintaining street, drain and traffic systems to allow for residents and businesses to perform day to day travel on safe and clean roads. Other duties include the maintenance of over grown areas, the ability to respond to areas of the city affected by anatural disaster and maintain city vehicles.
Summer Hours of Operation
Due to the inclement weather, the Public Works Department will change the hours of operation to 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Announcement: WE HAVE NEW ROAD EQUIPMENT
The City of Donna has invested in six new road maintenance vehicles. These vehicles will be used to repair, clean and maintain the streets of Donna. They are as follows: Asphalt Paver and Maintainer, Motor Grader, Pneumatic Roller, Street Sweeper, Backhoe and Tandem Roller.
